Enterprise Study is neither a reseller nor a broker of
training. Rather, with it's ESN system it sets a standard for communication
that
allows you and the training providers you partner with to automatically upload
course schedules to central servers where the information can then be made
available to the customers you choose. This aggregated schedule is provided as

For those needing better management of their existing
training business, a separate software offering, Enterprise Study Platform,
offers the ability to automate all internal processes including scheduling,
resource management, booking and invoicing.
As far as ESN is concerned, most of the UK's top training
providers are already members and more are joining all the time. If you are not
yet part of the network, then it's easy to add your product portfolio.
Full integration can be achieved between ESN and your
particular internal systems using XML. This allows for seamless data flow in
both directions: product information to the customer and purchase orders to
you.
Alternatively, course information can be uploaded to ESN using simple CSV files
and customer bookings sent via email. In either case, once the links are set
up,
the whole process is largely automatic.
Remember, however, that you remain in control at all times
of who can buy from your schedule and at what rates you sell.
Once you're on ESN, then your product set is available to a
growing band of customer portals. For example, intermediaries like the
Institute
of IT Training that provides access to the courses of member companies through
ESN, or corporates like ATOS Origin.
